Founder Bio
Rosaline Li is a Shanghai-based Asia Operating Consultant
with over 22 years of on-the-ground experience across manufacturing and
consumer sectors. Her work spans Asia-based sourcing execution, supplier
vetting, cost optimization, product scale-up, and M&A execution and
value-creation initiatives throughout the deal lifecycle, with particular
emphasis on margin sustainability and operational resilience.
Rosaline previously served as China Liaison & Sourcing
Manager for Keystone Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where she
led Asia-side sourcing, commercial diligence, and acquisition initiatives for
numerous U.S.-based portfolio companies. Her efforts led to cost reductions,
revenue growth, and the establishment of strategic supplier partnerships,
securing multi-year contracts with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Prior to
Keystone, Rosaline worked with U.S.-based companies including Analogic and
Eastman Kodak, supporting China localization, supplier transition, and
manufacturing readiness for complex industrial and technology products.
Rosaline partners directly with deal teams to surface Asia-side risks early and transform sourcing execution into durable EBITDA improvement. Her hands-on approach enables faster diligence, clearer cost visibility, and durable margin performance.
Rosaline earned BBA in marketing from Bohai University, China. Certified Logistics Engineer from China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP), TÜV-Certified Internal Auditor for ISO9001 and ISO13485.
